The Art of Main Stay

Mission Statement...

It is the mission of Main Stay Therapeutic Riding Program to provide individualized equine related therapeutic activities to people with physical, developmental, social, and emotional disabilities, in McHenry and surrounding counties.

 

Main Stay Therapeutic Riding Program enriches the lives of our clients in a caring, safe, and challenging environment that will enable them to reach their highest potential.

VOLUNTEERS...

 

All volunteers are REQUIRED to submit paperwork each year before lessons start. Even if you've filled out paperwork in the past, you must do so again. All forms can be found under the link below. Just click on the Volunteers link to download the necessary forms.

 

Prospective Volunteers - Please note:

 

All Main Stay volunteers are required to attend a volunteer training - no exceptions! The forms available in the Volunteers Area should be filled out and handed in at the volunteer training session that you have signed up for.

 

STUDENTS (and Parents of Students)...

 

Paperwork for all students - adult and children - must be filled out in it's entirety before you or your child can be fit into the riding schedule. Student forms are available in the Students link below. If you have any questions, please contact the farm at 815-653-9374.

 

 

PARENTS, Spouses and Caregivers...

 

New this year is an area containing forms for parents, spouses, and caregivers of our students. If you fit one of these categories, click on the Parents, Spouses, Caregivers link below.
